Pilot will transmit any other message considered relevant for traffic safety, and communicate: - callsign and type of aircraft, - position and altitude (AMSL), - flight intentions. In case of radiocommunication failure, the aircraft will leave the area. Avoidance mandatory for IFR traffic and non radio-equipped aircraft except when an exemption is granted by the managing authority. Penetration by unmanned aircraft is subject to prior agreement from the managing authority.
