Description

FIR PARIS Departments: AUBE, MARNE This prohibition does not apply to: 1) Aircraft when they are carrying out military, customs, police, search and rescue, pollution or firefighting activities or similar activities or services under the control and responsibility of the State, undertaken in the public interest by a body vested with public authority or on behalf of such a body; 2) Aircraft with or without crew on board, used for activities related to the management of the nature reserve, for activities provided for in the approved management plan for the nature reserve, or for scientific activities; 3) Aircraft used in the context of mosquito control or related to the monitoring of easements; 4) Aircraft operating under visual flight rules and in situations where weather conditions do not allow flying at 1000 ft above ground level, in which case flying over the reserve is authorized from 150 meters (500 ft) above ground level.
