Description

REIMS FIR Department: BAS-RHIN This prohibition does not apply to: - ACFT used by State according to service requirements; - military ACFT in mission and whose overflights are justified by training and safety requirements; - ACFT engaged in police, rescue, customs and forest fire fighting operations; - ACFT engaged in reserve management operations. - ACFT engaged in surveillance operations on hydrocarbon transport pipelines: - at a maximum rate of two per month, except in special duly justified circumstances, - at a height not less than 200 meters above the ground between March 1st and August 15th.
