FIR MARSEILLE Department: AIN, ISERE and SAVOIE This prohibition does not apply to: - State ACFT according to service requirement or carrying out their duties - police, rescue, customs and firefighting missions - ACFT engaged in surveillance of power lines and pipelines - mosquito control operations upon authorization from prefect For single-engine ACFT and VFR helicopters, in case of poor weather conditions, overflight is by exception allowed at the minimum height of 500 ft ASFC.
