Description
Administrator: SNA Nouvelle-Calédonie e-mail: dac-nc-sna-de-ops@aviation-civile.gouv.fr GAT IFR / OAT I and T, and GAT VFR / OAT V without radio: compulsory avoidance, except with derogation from managing authority, with 3 working days prior notice. Unmanned aircraft: entry into the area is subject to prior agreement of managing authority, with 3 working days prior notice. For all other flights: compulsory A/A radio messages on 123.100 MHz on entering and leaving the area. The pilot makes any other position report that he considers useful for traffic safety, and communicates the following information: - aircraft call sign and type, - position and flight altitude of aircraft (AMSL), - flight intentions of the aircraft. In case of radio communication failure, the aircraft leaves the area. VFR reporting points: see AD 2 NWWD.22.
